Frequently Asked Questions
Can cards be delivered to more than one address?
Yes they can! We’ve added a facility that allows you to select which card should go to which address so that you can order cards for more than one person at a time.
From the shopping cart page, click Multiple Address Checkout.

On the Deliver to Multiple Addresses screen you can select an address for each product to be delivered.

Click ‘Enter a New Address’ to begin adding another delivery address.

Enter the details of the address and then "Save Address".

You can then select this new delivery address for products to be delivered to.

Once you "Continue to Delivery Information" you must select a shipping service for each address you are delivering products to.

Then "Continue to Billing Information" and order as normal.
Can I have a handwritten message in my card?
Yes you can! Here are a few examples of what a handwritten message in a card looks like:



To insert a handwritten message in your card, please use the input box on the product description page before placing the product into your shopping basket

Then add the product to your shopping cart.
You can verify or view the message you entered by looking at your shopping cart.

What if I make a mistake when entering my handwritten message(s)?
The message on the card will be written exactly as entered in the "Handwritten Message" box so please double check and make sure you are happy with the words used and spellings are correct. If you do realise you have made a mistake please email info@cardshopdirect.com immediately and we will do our best to remedy the situation although we can offer no guarentees.
