Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payments.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

In the UK we will post items using Royal Mail 1st class service. Orders up to £4 will be charged at £1, over this will be sent free of charge to U.K. addresses only. Orders received to be posted abroad will be sent via airmail.

Delivery Schedule

If an order is received by 3pm, it will be dispatched that day, with the exception of Weekends and Bank Holidays.You should allow at least 3 working days for delivery, 7 working days for European deliveries and 14 days for International deliveries. We will not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, for example, Strikes, Natural Disaster, Terrorism, Fire and supplier and distribution partner failure.

Should such delays occur, obligations under these terms and conditions will only resume at such a time that the delay has ended. Tax Charges Prices are quoted and charged in Great British Pounds (GBP/£) inclusive of VAT .

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We cannot accept liability for;

Any loss as a result of your failure to ensure that your password is kept secure, failure to logout,or failure to login as required.
To the fullest extent permitted by law any loss or damage of any type arising out of the use of, or connection with the website.

Returns Policy

In the unfortunate event that you receive the wrong or damaged goods, please return them to us, unused, within 21 days of delivery and we will replace them free of charge. If you would prefer a refund we will refund monies in the form of a cheque within 21 days of receiving the goods back.
